QD420 : Multi-component synthesis of 2,4,6-triaryl pyridines in the presence of amino acids and preparation of their new hybrid compounds baxsed on 1,2,3-triazole by click chemistry

Abstarct: In this research, 2,4,6-triarylpyridine compounds, were synthesized using multi-component reactions of acetophenone derivatives, aromatic aldehydes, and ammonium acetate in the presence of amino acids as an effective and environmentally friendly catalyst, under solvent-free conditions. In continue, new hybrid compounds, 1,2,3-triazole lixnked 2,4,6-triarylpyridines, were synthesized from propargyloxy aldehyde, aromatic azides, acetophenones, and ammonium acetate in two steps by click and multi-component reactions. The structures of all new compounds were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FT-IR analysis.
